Runners Need Gift Vouchers

Terms and Conditions

Runners Need Gift Vouchers come in three denominations - £10, £25 and £50. They can be spent in any Runners Need store.

No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers and such vouchers shall not be refunded or replaced.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation and Runners Need reserve the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, altered, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

No cash change will be given on purchases which cost less than the value of the Gift Voucher presented. However, if the value the change exceeds £10, then a new voucher or vouchers will be returned to the customer as (in multiples of £10 or £25 only).

Further discounts (Running club, Corporate discounts etc.) will not apply to purchases made with Runners Need Gift Vouchers.

If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for an exchange or refund*, any money will automatically be refunded as Gift Vouchers. (*subject to the Runners Need Returns Policy)

Runners Need Gift Vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online.
