Birmingham Store
Welcome to our Runners Need concession within Snow+Rock's Birmingham store. Like our stand alone stores this concession still features a full range of running equipment and gait analysis by a trained member of staff. So that we can provide the high level of service that we pride ourselves on, a shoe fitting (including gait analysis assessment) will usually take between 15 and 30 minutes.

- How long have you worked at Runners Need?
- Since January 2012
- Tell us about yourself:
- I'm a huge football fan and follow Birmingham FC. I generally really enjoy exercise but always make sure I have time to play football. I am into my music and love playing my drums.
- What are your favourite shoes to run in and why?
- Asics Gel Kayano. They provide me with the comfort and support my feet need for the road. I also use the Nike Free V3's for shorter runs as I love the responsiveness and they allow me to work on my technique and strengthen my feet and ankles.
- How often do you go running?
- 3-4 times a week
- Are you taking part in any events this year?
- Looking to do a couple of local 10k's and hopefully build up to the Birmingham half marathon in October.
- What's your favourite music to run to?
- Jack Johnson - In Between Dreams, but in general acoustic and indie.
- Do you have any relevant certificates or qualifications?
- I have a Bsc Hons degree in Sports Therapy. So I've treated a vast range of injuries and have worked with Rugby and Football teams.
