The texture of the Torq gel is light and syrupy. It doesn’t stick to your mouth and you don’t need water to wash it down. It has been deliberately designed to be easy to consume when you are on the move.Each Torq gel weighs 45g. Torq Forest Fruits and Bonoffee gels (with Natural Guarana Extract) contain 89mg of caffeine per serving.

Maltodextrin (43%), Water, Fructose (21%), Citric Acid, Electrolytes (Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Lactate, Magnesium Carbonate), Natural Yoghurt Flavour (0.2%), Natural Strawberry Flavour (0.05%), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate).
