Product information

The Gel-Nimbus 22 Knit running shoe is a versatile offering for neutral runners, featuring Gel technology in both the forefoot and rearfoot to provide excellent cushioning and comfort.

Crafted with a knit fabric for excellent comfort and airflow, this running shoe features Flytefoam Propel technology in the midsole for an added bounce in your step. Featuring Trusstic technology under the arch of the shoe, this thermoplastic piece provides stability, reduces weight and helps extend the life of the shoe. This piece also provides added support toward the inside of the arch.

The lightweight, engineered mesh upper allows your feet to experience improved breathability, offering a supportive and adaptable fit. Designed with high mileage runners in mind, the Gel-Nimbus 22 shoe implements more foam in the midsole to reduce the severity of harsh impact. Additionally, a lightweight Ahar outsole reduces the overall level of wear, allowing you to spend more time focusing on your running workouts.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, the Gel-Nimbus 22 Knit performance running shoe is designed to deliver soft cushioning and a more responsive stride.

More about this brand

ASICS is an acronym of the Latin phrase ‘Anima Sana In Corpore Sano, meaning ‘A Sound Mind In A Sound body’. And staying true to this philosophy, every ASICS product is made to enable professional and everyday athletes alike to push the boundaries of their physical capabilities.

Innovative from the very start, ASICS’ first pair of shoes, produced in 1949, featured a unique recessed sole design, which mimicked the action of an octopus’ suction cup. They were targeted at Japan’s up-and-coming basketball scene and, despite some notable successes of ASICS athletes in the 1950s and 60s, it wasn’t until the 1970s that the company established itself in the athletics world as a go-to manufacturer of running shoes.

Today, ASICS is one of the world’s best known makers of performance shoes and apparel and the true runner’s choice, whether at professional sporting events, the Olympics or on a casual run in the park.
