Description
Description
General
Midas spike cater for all track and cross country events. The spikes are metal and will screw into the base of the spike plate. One tip before screwing them in is to lubricate the holes with vaseline so that it prevents them from being hard to unscrew and then bedding into the spike plate. The start at 5mm and finish at 18mm
