The Nike Zoom Fly 3 is pure speed. Its Nike React midsole stretches the full length of the shoe bringing both cushioning and top-level responsiveness with its super light but durable foam. Inside that midsole is where it gets special though, with a carbon fibre plate that shrinks and expands to ensure optimum flexibility. On top of that it’s designed to keep pressure off your instep and Achilles through an arch band on the laces and a heel that tapers away from your ankle. The Zoom Fly 3 has got the dream mixture of comfort, durability and performance to give you a head start on the competition and get you off to a flyer.
