ReGo has been specially formulated to improve recovery from exercise, by helping re-fuel, re-hydrate and repair muscle. ReGo helps by providing the nutrients needed by the body to adapt to exercise and improve.

ReGo contains 26g of first class protein per 100g. Fast acting protein, high in glutamine and lactose free repairs muscle and promotes carbohydrate replacement. The balanced electrolytes including sodium and potassium optimise hydration. Anti-oxidant vitamins and phytonutrients protect against free radical damage. ReGo includes B vitamins, magnesium, zinc and phosphorous which areessential for energy production.

Rego replenishes the body’s carbohydrate energy stores and starts rebuilding muscles immediately after training. It also helps the immune system to recover from exercise.
