The Enduro 4 brings grade-adjusted pace to the Enduro range. It adjusts your pace for the gradient, so the effort on a steep climb compares fairly with running on the flat, and you can now set workout targets based on it. Stamina tracking shows how much energy you have left as you go, which helps you pace long efforts and avoid going out too hard. Heart rate comes from Garmin's Elevate Gen 5 sensor, alongside the training load and recovery data Garmin runners already rely on.
At 66g, the Enduro 4 is light for a watch with this much battery. It comes on a ComfortFit fabric band that wicks sweat over long hours, and the QuickFit system lets you switch to a silicone strap for wet races or swims.
Built-in routable maps help you stay on course when the trail markings run out, and there's 64GB of storage for maps and music. You can grab a coffee after the finish with Garmin Pay, see phone notifications, and choose battery modes that favour accuracy or runtime depending on the distance.
