General
The Running Dynamics Pod helps measure and record your activity and biometrics to improve your race day performance. At 14g the Pod is almost unnoticeable when clipped to your waistband and with automatic on/off and up to a years battery life, theres not much to go wrong. When paired with a smartphone and Garmin Connect app or compatible smartwatch, the Pod monitors 6 metrics: Cadence, let/right ground contact time balance, Stride Length, Vertical Oscillation (bounce), Vertical ratio (bounce vs stride length), and Ground Contact time per stride in milliseconds.
