Built for speed, the Rebellion offers amazing lightweight cushioning with the new Enerzy Lite midsole, incredible responsiveness with a glass fibre reinforced wave plate and great traction with the new G3 outsole. The Rebellion is the complete package for those wanting to break records or simply feel fast on your runs. Full length Enerzy Lite provides a great lightweight and responsive ride without compromising on cushioning. Enerzy Lite is 17% lighter, 22% softer and has 35% more energy return than the standard midsole material, making it Mizuno's lightest and bouciest midsole ever. A glass fibre reinforced wave plate allows your foot to flex but offers amazing energy return. The plate works in 3 main ways: it helps cushion the foot upon landing, whilst offering a smooth transition to the forefoot, the raised walls on either side provide additional support in the midfoot area, and energy stored in the extended wave plate is released creating greater propulsion at toe off.
