But the total of better materials (organic cotton + recycled polyester) is 50%. Therefore it receives the Alternative Combination criterion.

Breast Cancer Haven

Breast Cancer Haven is a national charity that supports women through their breast cancer treatment. When breast cancer tries to rob a woman of her individuality, confidence or strength, they provide the tailored package of emotional, physical and practical support that helps her hold on to them. They support women and their families via a network of 5 welcoming centres around the UK and through an expanding network of other services. They’re there to provide women with breast cancer with the support that treatment alone can’t.


Each visitor to Breast Cancer Haven receives up to 12 free hours of one to one supportive therapy time which includes two hours with a healthcare professional. All sessions are specifically designed to address the impact and side effects of breast cancer treatment such as nausea, hair loss, anxiety and insomnia as well as practical support on things like money and work, healthy eating and exercise. Each package of support is provided free of charge and could include, massage, counselling, acupuncture and nutritional therapy amongst others. Their counselling service is also extended to our visitors’ family members, partners and close friends.
