Customer Testimonials
I have received the most amazing customer service at your canary wharf store. Sharon and Matthew have been totally exceptional. The first time I came in the store to get a pair of trail trainers for my forthcoming Atacama Challenge, I knew nothing about trainers and Matthew took time to explain and advise in a way beyond my expectations; then Sharon gave me the most useful advice I have received about ultramarathons, her knowledge and passion for the sport shone through and she was utterly helpful providing information and advice that I didn't know I needed. I came in today again for more equipment and this time, cheekily, for some advice. The level of quality of service I got was again exceptional.
In Matthew and Sharon you have two fantastic employees, helpful, friendly, approachable. They are just great. Customers usually write to customer services to complain but I feel compelled to write to praise!! Thank you Sharon and Matthew. My experience of getting equipment for this challenge would not have been the same without you.
