OUR RUN LEADERS
Our Run Leaders have completed a UK Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) qualification. The course is designed to prepare them to provide a safe and enjoyable running experience for adults of any ability. The course covers risk assessment, warm-ups, cool downs, and how to lead fun running sessions for a mixed ability group of runners.
GAIT ANALYSIS
All of our stores offer a free video Gait Analysis service to help you find the perfect fit. Our expert shoe fitters will have you running in the right pair in no time at all.
