Step up your training with Nike clothing and accessories built for comfort, performance, and everyday style. From cold-weather runs to gym workouts, the Nike range adds the finishing touches that keep you ready for anything.

The latest Nike gloves are designed for warmth, grip, and control during outdoor sessions. They’re lightweight, breathable, and ideal for runners, football players, or anyone training through cooler conditions. Pair them with a Nike headband that manages sweat and keeps hair in place, so you can stay comfortable and focused every step of the way.

The Nike accessories collection also includes essential training gear such as supportive running socks, durable water bottles, Nike hats, and everyday gym bags. Each piece uses advanced materials and smart design details to deliver lasting comfort and reliable performance.

Nike Dri-FIT is a high-performance microfiber fabric that pulls sweat away from the body and moves it to the fabric's surface, where it evaporates. For runners, this means you stay drier and more comfortable throughout your run. The Dri-FIT range includes everything from base layers and t-shirts to shorts, all designed to manage moisture effectively.

Nike uses several signature foam technologies to provide different running experiences :

  • ZoomX Foam: Nike's lightest and most responsive foam, delivering the greatest energy return. It's often used in their top-tier racing shoes like the Vaporfly.
  • React Foam: Known for being soft, bouncy, and durable. It offers a great balance of cushioning and responsiveness, making it ideal for daily training.
  • Cushlon Foam: A reliable and plush foam that provides a soft and comfortable ride, often found in shoes like the Pegasus.

Nike Aerogami is an innovative "adaptive venting" system used in running jackets. The technology features tiny, winged vents made with a moisture-reactive film. As you sweat, the vents automatically open to release heat and improve airflow. When your body cools and the sweat dries, the vents close back up. This provides on-demand breathability exactly when and where you need it most.

Nike categorises its road running shoes into three main cushioning types to help you choose :

  • Responsive: For runners who prioritise speed and energy return (e.g., shoes with ZoomX foam).
  • Maximum: For runners who want the highest level of comfort and impact absorption (e.g., shoes with thick React foam midsoles).
  • Supportive: For runners who may overpronate and need extra stability to guide their stride.

While both offer great cushioning, they are built for different surfaces :

  • Road Shoes: Designed for pavement, they have flatter outsoles to maximise contact with the ground and are built for durability over long distances.
  • Trail Shoes: Feature more aggressive, lugged outsoles for extra traction on dirt, mud, and rock. They often have more durable uppers and may include a rock plate for underfoot protection.

Nike recommends a layered approach to adapt to changing weather :

  • Warm Weather (15°C+): A Dri-FIT t-shirt or tank top and shorts.
  • Mild Weather (5-15°C): A long-sleeved Dri-FIT top with shorts or light running tights.
  • Cold Weather (Below 5°C): A Dri-FIT base layer, a thermal mid-layer, and running tights. For very cold or wet conditions, add a running jacket like the Aerogami as an outer layer.

To keep your Nike running gear performing at its best, machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can clog the fabric and inhibit its moisture-wicking properties. Tumble dry on low or let it air dry.

Nike Forward is a completely new material designed with sustainability in mind. It's made from ultra-thin, needle-punched layers that are soft, warm, and incredibly lightweight. The process used to create the inaugural Nike Forward collection reduces the carbon footprint by 75% on average compared to traditional knit fleece.
