Tell us about yourself:

I'm an active member of Trafford AC and train with them three times a week. Outside of running I like to play my guitar, snowboard, go to the cinema and chill out with friends.

What are your favourite shoes to run in and why?

I do most of my running in the Nike Free 3.0. I just love being able to feel exactly what is under my feet and that gives me much more freedom.

How often do you go running?

Six days a week.

Have you taken part in any marathons, challenges or races?

During the Winter I partake in Cross Country races for my club but I thrive for the Summer track season as I prefer the speed over the long haul. Aside from that I took part in a Spartan Race last October which was a great laugh and would recommend it to anyone who loves a challenge.

Are you taking part in any events this year?

I am looking forward to having a good track season which starts late April and runs all the way through to September.

What's your favourite music to run to?

I don't like running with music as I find it distracts me too much.
