READ: GAIT ANALYSIS EXPLAINED / THE MOST COMMON INJURIES AND HOW TO AVOID THEM

Brooks Adrenaline GTS is a stability running shoe built for runners with mild to moderate overpronation. The shoe suits road runners who want support without a heavy, blocky feel underfoot. GuideRails support technology runs along both sides of the midsole. The technology engages only when your foot drifts outside its natural path, so most strides stay free and unrestricted.

Cushioning comes from nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 foam, added in greater volume through the heel and forefoot for a softer, more dynamic ride than previous versions. A 10mm heel-to-toe drop shifts impact away from the heel while keeping the ride balanced through the stride. Many runners with plantar fasciitis or general heel discomfort find this drop helpful during longer runs. The mesh upper uses recycled materials, and RoadTack rubber on the outsole adds durable grip on wet and dry roads.

Runners choose Adrenaline GTS for daily training, easy recovery miles, and long runs where consistent support matters most. Marathon and half-marathon runners often rely on this shoe through high-mileage blocks, since the stability holds up as fatigue sets in later in a run. Fit runs true to size for most runners, though those with wider feet may want to size up half a size.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS is a stability running shoe, built with GuideRails support technology to guide the foot and reduce excess inward roll during the stride.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS works well for many runners with flat feet, since a collapsed arch often contributes to overpronation, a movement pattern the shoe's support technology is built to manage.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS is designed specifically for runners with mild to moderate overpronation, using GuideRails support technology to limit excess movement at the knee and ankle.

Many runners with plantar fasciitis get on well with Brooks Adrenaline GTS, thanks to soft nitrogen-infused cushioning and a 10mm heel-to-toe drop that reduces strain on the heel and arch.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS fits true to size for most runners, though those with wider feet often find a half size up gives extra room across the forefoot.
