Tell us about yourself:

I have been obsessed with running since I was 15. Then I took up multi day cycling (almost as obsessively) about 2 years ago and have recently taken up swimming to get ready for my first triathlon in August. When I'm not training I'm eating or at some sort of arty class like Drama.

How often do you go running?

Tell me about any challenges/marathons/races or similar you've taken part in?

Not sure how many half marathons I've done now. I competed at school and I've done two full marathons; Brigthon and Dublin. Cycled from John O'Groats to Lands End at the start of last year. In the Summer of last year I spent 7 weeks cycling from the West Coast to the East Coast of America.

Are you taking part in any events this year?

I am training for the Brighton Marathon in April, the Great Wall of China Marathon in May, my first triathlon in August, the Petra Marathon in Jordan and one of the Grim challenges near the end of the year.

Do you have any relevant qualifications?

I have REPs certified qualifications in Mat Based Pilates, Gym Instructor, Core training, Circuit training, Psychology and Motivation in Exercise, Advanced Anatomy and Physiology level 3 and am part way through my Personal Training qualification.
