HOKA 30 Day Challenge Trial Terms & Conditions
- The HOKA 30 Day Challenge is available for all Runners Need customers in the UK who have purchased HOKA footwear from 1st October 2021 to 31st October 2021.
- It is not available to customers resident in other countries.
- Products must have been purchased from a Runners Need store or from www.runnersneed.com only.
- Products purchased from HOKA direct or other authorized HOKA retailers will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.
- During the 30-day period commencing from the date of delivery of the HOKA products, customers can use the footwear as per their normal level of usage.
- If the customer wishes to return the shoes for any reason they may be returned for a refund of the purchase price paid.
- Returns must be received in a hygienic condition for processing with any excessive soiling removed prior to return.
- Any returns received back in an unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer at their cost or destroyed, with no refund provided.
- Used returned product will be disposed of by Outdoor & Cycle Concepts Limited through their recycling partner SOEX and cannot be re-sent to the customer once received unless returned if they do not comply with the condition requirements set forth above.
- The scheme is offered on full price footwear only and is not applicable to items purchased at a discount price, including through Vitality discount.
- To return, customers must return back to Outdoor & Cycle Concepts.

- Any returns received after the 30 day window will be processed or returned to the customer at the providers discretion.
- The refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
- Exchanges are not available for HOKA 30 day challenge returns.
- The provider reserves the right to refuse a return in the case of any abuse of the scheme.
- The HOKA 30 day challenge is not applicable to staff discount purchases.
- The HOKA 30 day challenge is not applicable to product purchased from running events at which HOKA products are sold.
- Outdoor & Cycle Concepts Limited trading as Runners Need reserves the right to change the terms of the HOKA 30 Day Challenge and its other returns policies at any time.
