“Best Warmth To Weight Ratio Women's Mid-layer”
The Hispar fleece is our choice for the lightest warmth to weight, as although it's quite a thick-looking fleece as it has this high fluffy pile, it's actually really compressible. It is super light and airy to wear and it's got a great feeling of freedom of movement. It is super breathable if worn as a top layer, but if layered with something on top of it, it's going to trap lots of warm air. It is super soft against the skin because of that light lofted pile. The fleece has two zipped pockets, an elasticated waist and a high popped collar which when zipped up is a nice close fit but not overly restricted. This jacket would be perfect for the active user. It's great for hiking, climbing, mountaineering and alpine activities, you would just layer it depending.
