Tell us about yourself:

I'm into running, cycling, travel, books, photography and cooking. I've lived and studied in the US and London, graduating with a Degree in graphic/media design.

What are your favourite shoes to run in and why?

On-road: Nike Lunarglide. They're a light, comfy, responsive shoe with just enough support, I have a slight difference in how my feet land so the Dynamic Support works perfectly. Off-road: Adidas Kanadia. Light and responsive with great traction. Perfect for racing trail events.

How often do you go running?

3 - 5 times a week.

Have you taken part in any marathons, challenges or races?

I've competed on track (100, 200 & 400m), 10k on-road and up to half-marathon off-road, as well as multi-day adventure racing and various cycle sportives.

Are you taking part in any events this year?

I'm currently training for the OMM ultra-marathon in October, over the Scottish Highlands.

What's your favourite music to run to?

U2, Oceanlab, Motorhead.
