Please be aware that distribution across the country has been impacted by the current severe weather. Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DPD and other couriers have issued advice regarding deliveries and collections. These are updated at regular intervals however they will suspend and revise services to ensure the safety of their drivers. Please check the tracking number on the couriers website and bear in mind delays are likely.
Standard orders to a UK delivery address usually take 2-4 working days from the day you place your order for us to pick, pack, despatch, and for the courier to deliver to your address. Scottish Highlands and Islands may take up to 2 working days longer for delivery than mainland UK. Delivery to Europe typically takes an additional 2 working days and delivery outside of Europe will take longer, depending on the destination country.
Standard orders will normally be delivered via Royal Mail First Class parcel service and are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Smaller items will be posted through your letterbox, but for larger items, a card will be left should no-one be there to accept the parcel. A signature will be required on delivery or, if you are not in, a neighbour’s signature will be taken if available, and a card left at your address to let you know where your parcel is. We are happy to deliver to work addresses, excluding PO Box numbers. In some instances, and at our discretion, we will upgrade to a traceable courier service at no extra cost to you.
Standard delivery timeframes are subject to stock availability from our warehouse. Where stock has to be picked from one of our stores, the delivery time may be extended. For goods that are out of stock, we will update you with our anticipated delivery date within 1 working day of receiving the order.
Different colours and sizes of the same item can have different delivery times. Please pay attention to the delivery date stated.
Parcels will be despatched when all items in your order are available. To arrange a split parcel delivery, please contact our customer services team.
Next Day and Named Day delivery services are currently not available.

Deliveries from Runners Need are not made duty paid, so additional local duty and taxes need to be paid in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods. This is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipment of oversized items to World Zone countries can be organised, but only by phoning our customer support line on +44 (0)845 100 1000.
Runners Need's acceptance of your order commences when your order is despatched. At this point, the purchase contract is formed and you will be charged for the goods.
If your parcel show signs of damage on receipt from the courier, please make a note of this on the courier’s documents or if possible take photographs of the damaged areas. This will assist in any claims which may occur at a later date.

Unfortunately, there are certain items which we are unable to deliver to your home or via the Parcelforce Convenientcollect option.
We have a weight restriction of 30kg and a size restriction of 1.5m in length and girth combined.
If you would like to purchase an item online with any of the above restrictions you will need to choose Click & Collect, and collect from your preferred Runners Need store. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Parcelforce Convenient Collect
With the Parcelforce Convenientcollect service, you can pick up your new gear at over 10,500 Post Office locations in the UK. Products that are available for Parcelforce Convenientcollect will have the option available to you when you are on the product detail page or in the Checkout online.
Once an order is placed using Convenientcollect, the address or delivery method cannot be amended. If you change your mind, please contact our customer services team to cancel the order. You can then create a new order using your preferred delivery method.
The Parcelforce Convenientcollect service is FREE for orders over £30 and £3.95 for orders under. Simply choose your local collection point and collect once you have received your SMS or email notifying your order is ready for collection. Please check opening times before you visit your local Post Office, and check that there is adequate parking available nearby if your order is oversized. Once you have ordered your items...
- You will receive an SMS and email confirming your order is with your chosen collection point. If you have no mobile number assigned to your account you will only receive an email.
- When you collect your items at your chosen collection point you will need the booking reference number (included on the order confirmation and dispatch emails) as well as a valid photo I.D (driving license or passport).
Please note that if you would like only part of your order delivered via Parcelforce Convenientcollect and other items to be collected in store or for home delivery, please place two separate orders. Each Post Office has a capacity and will be removed from the website when that capacity is full. Parcels will be held at the Post Office for a maximum of 14 days before being returned to Runners Need
