The outer short, in a relaxed fit, stretches brilliantly to let you run freely. Carrying fuel and essentials on a long run shouldn’t feel like a long haul – The Women's Tech Distance Twin Short features an elastic loops on the waistband for energy gels, and included a secure pocket at the back for essential items. A lightweight performance mesh inner keeps you cool on warm days. Two hidden thigh pockets are great for extra storage. Whilst the fabric provides the optimum balance of stretch and support. The Tech Distance Twin short is built to help you feel like you can run forever.

Ronhill are named after Dr Ron Hill MBE - scientist, world record breaker and runner. But not just any runner; Ron was a serious runner. And when you’re clocking the kind of mileage he was (in excess of 100 miles a week) you start to notice where your gear is letting you down - and for Ron it was clothing. In the 1960s there was nothing. Just cotton shorts that weighed a tonne when wet.   No waterproofs, no lightweight shoes, no vents. So Ron took matter into his own hands and founded Ronhill.
