HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1

Add your item(s) over £70 to your basket. Proceed through to the checkout, selecting home delivery.

Step 2

Select Klarna Pay in 3 as your preferred payment option at the checkout.

Step 3

Pay later in 3 with Klarna. The first payment will be taken from your card when we dispatch your order. The next two remaining payments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days later. You'll get a notification when your payments are due and when they have been collected.

  • Klarna is only available on home delivery orders. Click & collect and Post Office® Convenientcollect delivery options are not availaible for use with Klarna.
  • To pay using Klarna you need to select Klarna as a payment option during the checking process.
  • Existing Klarna customers will need to login using the same email address as their exisitng Klarna account.

  • Returns will be dealt with by returning the items as usual with Runners Need.
  • The amount you have paid will be refunded in full via Klarna, once processed this may take 24 hours to be processed back onto your card.
  • If you have paid the full amount, you will be refunded the full amount, if you have paid either 1 or 2 instalments then only these amounts will be refunded.
  • This facility cannot be applied retrospectively.
