Isostar Lemon Powder Hydrate & Perform

Hydrate & Perform powder is an isotonic drink mix for exercise it contains carbohydrates and sodium for dual action. The isotonic formula allows faster hydration and better gastric draining, helping to improve performance and endurance, and avoids muscular injuries.

Drink Hydrate & Perform drink during warm-up (150 to 300 ml) as well as regularly during and after exercise (150 ml every 15 minutes). Preparation method for a serving: dilute 3 spoonfuls of powder in 500 ml of water.
